Dainora Gedvilaite is Associate Professor of Faculty of Economics at Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences. The dissertation was defended on the topic of sustainable development. Together with co-authors she has published a number of scientific articles in international peer-reviewed scientific journals. She presents her research at international scientific conferences. Her research interests: sustainable development, regional sustainable development, multicriteria decision making methods. Dainora Gedvilaite is a reviewer of international scientific journals that are refereed in Clarivate Analytics Web of Science databases. She belongs to the interdisciplinary working group on social responsibility and sustainable development.

Jovita Lesciuviene has s strong background in taxes and taxation matters developed through her work within the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of Lithuania. With 15 years of practical work Jovita was involved in various working groups and projects inside tax administration also advised and consulted the governmental group of Improvement of Corporate Legislation in Lithuania related to tax administration matters. Jovita has a passion for tax education and has devoted her time working as part time lecturer at Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences where she teaches Taxation module for the students from Faculty of Economics also incoming Erasmus Programme students. In 2012 she joined educational volunteering project “To be” and volunteered as a practical teacher for schools gaining professional tax matters experience.

Dr. Sc. Tjaša Štrukelj is an assistant professor in the field of Governance and strategic management at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Department of Strategic Management and Enterprise Policy, and member of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Maribor, Slovenia; tjasa.strukelj@um.si. Romana Korez Vide, PhD, is an assistant professor in the field of International Economics and Business at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Slovenia. She has previous working experiences from public administration (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia) (1993–1995) and a private company (1995–1998). She participated in several national research projects (from 2006 to 2008, 2013–2015, 2018, 2020), organized FEB’s International Scientific Meeting (2007), was a principal researcher of European Commission’s Jean Monnet projects (2004–2005, 2012–2013, 2015–2018), participated in Erasmus Lifelong Learning project Public-Private Partnership (2013–2014), is a co-editor of international scientific journal Our Economy (2015–2019), is a member of editorial board of World Journal of Social Science Research (2015-) and a regular reviewer of papers for journal International Business Research (2012-) and Journal of East European Management Studies (2016-). She performs courses at undergraduate and postgraduate study levels for both, regularly enrolled students and for incoming students from various mobility programmes. Dr. Mojca Duh is a Full Professor of Governance and Strategic Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor and serves as a chair of the Department of Strategic Management and Enterprise’s Policy. She holds a PhD from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor. She is a member of the research group on the research project P5-0023: Entrepreneurship for innovative society, duration: 2009–2014, 2015–2019 and was the partner’s leader of the Erasmus+ project “The acceleration method of development of transversal competences in the students’ practical training process”, duration: 2015–2018. She was also a leader of the bilateral project “Transparency and disclosure practices in listed companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Slovenia, duration: 2016–2017. Prof. dr. Mojca Duh is a member of several professional and academic associations and networks: the EBCB (European Council for Small Business), the SEECGAN (South Eastern Corporate Governance Academic Network), the IRDO (Inštitut za razvoj družbene odgovornosti), and the of IMTA /Alumni association of IEDC Bled School of Management. Research areas of her interest include Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Integral Management; Start-up and Developmental Management, Business Planning, Governance and Management of Family Businesses, Developmental Particularities of Family Businesses, Dynamic Enterprise. She has published several articles in highly ranked journals and has been author or co-author of books and books’ chapters. At the Faculty of Economics and Business, she teaches courses at the bachelor, master and doctoral study programmes.

Barbara Bradač Hojnik is an associate professor of entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor, and takes part in business economics and entrepreneurship teaching at the Faculty. She started her career at the faculty as young researcher financed by the national programme. She obtained additional education at the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management, Belgium, in the area of entrepreneurship, innovation and finance. In the last years she participates in almost twenty national and international research projects at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management at the same Faculty. She is a member of Slovenian Entrepreneurship Observatory research team, of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Slovenia team, and of the research programme Entrepreneurship for Innovative Society. She participated in numerous international scientific conferences and is the author or co-author of several scientific articles, books and chapters in scientific monographs. Her research focuses primarily on entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, social, environmental and sustainable entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship policy, entrepreneurship ecosystem, and SMEs. She was a representative of the University of Maribor for Social Entrepreneurship at the Government of Slovenia and the leader of the project Social entrepreneurship at the University of Maribor.

Dr. Simona Sternad Zabukovšek is an associate professor of E-business and Information Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor. Her research areas include business process reengineering (BPR), business information solutions (ERP, CRM) with focus on comparative analysis in different cultures, e-business with focus on e-business models, concepts of e-learning vs. blended learning and implementation of them in organizations, user acceptance of IT/IS and information management. Her bibliography includes more than 100 articles, conference papers, research reports and book chapters. She is a researcher in the research programme Entrepreneurship for Innovative Society, funded by the Research Agency of Republic of Slovenia. She participates in Erasmus+ project Spationomy. She participates in research cooperation with ACU university Abilene USA, East Siberia State University of Technology and Management, from Ulan Ude, Russia, and Tomsk State Research University, all three funded by the Research Agency of Republic of Slovenia.

Jernej Belak, Ph.D., is Full Professor at The Department for Strategic Management and Enterprise Policy at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor, Slovenia. In his academic, research and scientific work he deals with the problems of business ethics and its implementation as well as with the problems of corporate governance quality. Embracing the topic of business ethics, organizational culture, credibility and philosophy within the field of corporate governance and strategic management he published several scientific articles and monographs as well as attended various scientific conferences. He is the head of the Institute for Corporate Governance and Strategic Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor, Slovenia.

Ilaria Colivicchi PhD in “Financial sciences for the company”, University of Napoli “Federico II”.
Current academic position: Assistant Professor in Financial Mathematics and Insurance and Risk Theory at the University of Florence.
Researcher in Mathematical Methods for Economics and Actuarial Sciences and Finance, SECS-S/06, at the Department of Mathematics for Decisions (DIMAD), Faculty of Economics, University of Florence. Professor in “Economics and finance for business insurance” in the II level degree and in “Actuarial Mathematics” in the I level degree at the University of Florence, Faculty of Economics. PhD in “Sciences for the financial company” at the University of Naples “Federico II”, Thesis title: “Profiles actuarial and insurance market with flexible performance with particular reference to the Unitized With-Profit”. Accountant and auditor. Degree in Economics at the University of Florence, thesis title: “Financial valuation models: the GAPV, a real case.”
Research interest: Valuation of risks in Insurance, Financial and Industrial sectors, using actuarial approach. Focus on modelling and structuring of insurance contracts, on insurance balance sheet for solvency purpose, pension funds and mutual funds. In the last years, applications of actuarial models to cyber risk, reputational risk and environmental risk. Author of publications in the field of actuarial science.

Federica Ielasi Phd in Financial Markets and Institutions, University of Bologna – Alma Mater Studiorum. Associate Professor of Banking at the University of Florence, Department of Economics and Management. Professor at SDA Bocconi, the School of Management of Bocconi University (Milan), Financial Institutions- Banking and Insurance Department. Independent member of the Board of Directors of Etica Sgr (Milan), belonging to Banca Popolare Etica Group. The company operates in the promotion and management of the system of ethical investment funds “Valori Responsabili” (“Responsible Values​”). President of the Investment Committee within the same company. Member of Adeimf (Italian Association of the Professor in Financial Markets and Institutions). Author of numerous publications in the field of banking management and ethical finance.
Research interest: bank-firm relationship, mutual and public guarantees, credit risk, responsible and sustainable investments. Author of national and international publications in the field of banking management, corporate banking, risk management and ethical finance.

ĐURĐICA JURIĆ, PhD is the Dean of RRiF College of Financial Management. She is also participating in teaching as a  College Professor from the accounting courses Financial Accounting I and Financial Accounting II, Revealing Financial Frauds and Accounting of Corporations. She is the director of the RRIF Entrepreneurship Academy which conducts adult education programs in accounting and has participated IPA project Regional network of local learning institutions.

Her professional interests are accounting adn taxes. In addition to work in education she is the author of numerous professional articles and books and is included in professional committees and work groups at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Science and Education  – Vocational Educational Council.

IVICA VOLODER, PhD is a Senior Lecturer at RRiF College of Financial Management in the courses: Introduction into Economics, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Governance and Corporate Planning.

He obtained his PhD in 2010. in the field of social sciences at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Philosophy. Thesis entitled: “The strategy for the development of the Geoweb from the informational, technological, cultural and business viewpoints“ Ivica Voloder has extensive work experience in different organizations, as well as in a variety of industries. Before starting his position at RRiF College of Financial Management Ivica Voloder worked as director of Public Open University Zagreb- institution for adult education.

MARTINA HERCEG RENDELI is the head of the International Relations Office at RRiF College of Financial Management. She participated in the Lifelong Learning Programme and in the Erasmus+ programme leading administrative activities regarding project implementation.

Ewa Wójcik, Ph.D, Senior Lecturer at the University of Economics in Katowice combines teaching and research into the banking system, savings market, competition in financial services market, value co-creation, consumer behavior, business ethics and sustainability issues. She authors numerous scientific publications, participates in international conferences, (most recent: “Cooperation between Higher Education and World of Work: Sustainable, Innovative and Creative Perspective”, “Dimensions of Business Language and Culture”, Alternative Investment”) where she presents papers and submits articles ( eg.“Ethical Challenges in the light of Contemporary Economic and Social Trends”, “Customer Role in Value- Co- creation- a Pathway towards Sustainability”). She cooperates with publishers of the IGI Global – an international academic publisher – writing book chapters as well as reviewing papers submitted by authors (recent work “Regulatory and Ethical Aspects of CSR and their Potential in Influencing Sustainable Decisions of Today’s Businesses and Creating New Business Models” and reviews for the book “Networked Business Models in the Circular Economy”).
She participates in international mobility programs giving lectures and running workshops on sustainability issues, eg. “The banking industry towards building sustainable and innovative cultures”.
She authors numerous postgraduate programs of ESF and studies in the field of International Business of the Norwegian Funds and as a lecturer was awarded many times for the achievements of students of the courses of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Dr ing. Tomasz Zieliński, senior lecturer at the College of Finance of the University of Economics in Katowice.
His research areas include financial markets, banking, financial risk, electronic finance and financial modelling with advanced information tools. Currently his studies focus mostly on the problem of financialization and the impact of information on sustainable growth.
He is an author and co-author of more than 70 articles, conference papers, research reports and book chapters. The selected ones are: Separating commercial and investment banking: Sentimental comeback to history or an unavoidable run towards safer future? (2016), Financial networks as a source of systemic instability (2016), Will Bitcoin become new money of an innovative digital and entrepreneurial society? (2018), Financialization of GDP – dysfunction of the reference measure (2019), The dilemma of practical and general academic education considering the effectiveness of “Financial Literacy” and “Financial Inclusion”, (with: Bożena Frączek) (2019). He participated in numerous local and international scientific conferences. He conducted or contributed in several scientific programs (grants, statutory and own research).
As a lecturer he prepares and gives lectures on finance and e-finance, banking, electronic money, financial modelling, financial risk. From 2010 he contributes in the international didactic program Joint Master Degree in Quantitative Assets and Risk Management (ARIMA) giving lectures on Asset Class Credit Products and Measurement of Credit Risk, Credit Risk Management. He was a tutor for over 400 bachelor and master thesis. In his didactic activities he combines the scientific and empirical experience obtained by cooperation with business. He authors and co-authors a few graduate and postgraduate programs. At the moment he is a head of postgraduate course on Advanced modeling with MS Excel and VBA. He participated in the several international mobility programs (mostly Erasmus plus) giving lectures and running workshops.
For last 8 years he is a member of University’s Senate. Till 2019 he was a dean of Faculty of Business, Finance and Administration in Rybnik. Currently holds a post of vise dean of the School of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies and the head of Rybnik Branch.
